What happens when my Starter plan hits 5 meetings?
You can still access your existing meeting notes and action items. To capture new meetings, upgrade to Pro or wait until the next billing cycle resets your count.
How does per-user pricing work?
You only pay for team members who actively use ActionNote AI. Guests who attend meetings but don't have accounts are free — they still receive summaries via email.
Is my meeting data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are SOC 2 compliant, and we never use customer data to train AI models. Enterprise customers get additional controls including custom retention policies.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. If you downgrade mid-cycle, you'll keep Pro features until the end of your billing period.
